Reminisces.  Impressions. Recollections. The distortion of memories. The revisiting of our past in our current self. These are some of the themes explored in the latest “A Signal in the Static” EP’s titles Recollections 1 and 2. Recollections 1 is the more driving and direct of the works, recalling the bands dense wall of sound. EP1 is a more celebratory interpretation of memories and events along passed. Recollections 2 is more engulfed in an ambient distortion atmosphere. EP2 suggests the memories are less clear and possible fabricated.
